Our Telework Initiatives
As a registered company under the "Tokyo Telework Rules" initiative, we have established our own telework policy (our best-balance approach) and are actively working to embed telework into our culture.

■ Specific Initiatives
J-tips introduced telework in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, prioritizing the safety and security of our employees. We continue to embrace telework to this day. While we have achieved a certain level of operational efficiency, we revised our telework policy on December 20, 2024, to adapt to changing social conditions and evolving work styles — with the goal of creating an even more productive work environment. This revision introduced a new "Satellite Office Policy" to expand location flexibility, and reinforced awareness and utilization of our "Staggered Work Hours System," enabling each employee to work more productively and flexibly.
